Our lounge has two zones, a comfy sofa area with beautiful natural light, and a TV / fire area, perfect for the kids. It has access to the W/C sat just off the sitting room but also accessible from outside, perfect for parties.

Master Bedroom, En Suite & Roof Terrace
With privileged access to the roof terrace, the ultimate spot for sunset spotting is the master bedroom of the Masseria. It benefits from a SuperKing bed which can be set as a Twin as well as room for a cot if required.

Trulli Rooms
Madonna Trullo
Thought to be one of the largest single trullo in the Valle D’Itrea. This large bedroom with en-suite built into the wide walls of the trullo is sat just off the central courtyard and comes equipped with:

Doppio Trullo
The largest of the Trulli, it has its own sofa, hidden ‘nook’, perfect for young children with private access off the Middle Courtyeard.

Fountain Court Trullo 1
Set across two joining Trulli with central pivoting doors which give the entrance a hobbit-feel whilst filling the room with light.

Fountain Court Trullo 2
Set across three joining Trulli with a sofa area, en-suite and large arched doors which fill the room with light. It also benefits from one of the most peaceful locations and gets the most of the morning sun.

The Spa
Sit back and relax in our six person sauna or handmade cedar hot tub. There is a well-equipped gym, complete with running machine, elliptical machine, TRX and weights. There is also a massage room with underfloor heating, aromatherapy oils and massage bed. You are able to book in the services of our fantastic masseuse for an additional cost.
